Parrot seed mix is a varied selection of large seeds designed to keep your parrot in good health and help break the boredom. New Zealand sunflower and canary seeds are high in fat and protein, and hulled oats contain Vitamin E, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorous.
