• Birds with insufficient calcium may show symptoms including:

These symptoms can have several causes. If your bird displays any of these signs, particularly egg binding or seizures, seek veterinary attention promptly.

Feeding & Dosage Guide

• Drinking Water - Add 5mL of Calcivet to 250mL of drinking water (approximately 1 teaspoon per cup). Use as the sole source of drinking water during supplementation and prepare a fresh solution daily.
• Soaked Seed - Add 5mL of Calcivet to 1 cup of soaked seed, mixing thoroughly.
• Direct Oral Dose - 0.2mL (approximately 4 drops) per 100g of body weight. Direct dosing should only be undertaken following appropriate veterinary guidance, particularly for sick or calcium-deficient birds.
• Always follow the manufacturer's directions and avoid combining calcium supplements without veterinary advice.

Storage: Store below 30°C and protect from direct light.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture. Check the expiry date on the packaging.
